Responsibilities
Create and prepare detailed sales proposals tailored to potential customers to secure new business opportunities.
Conduct diligent follow-up communications with prospects to convert leads into confirmed sales.
Develop and expand the catering sales business to contribute significantly to overall company revenue.
Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Manage and grow existing client accounts by maintaining strong relationships and identifying upselling opportunities.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth within target markets.
Actively participate in sales meetings, events, and promotional campaigns to support business development efforts.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma Holder
3-5 years of relevant sales experience
Demonstrated sales drive and ability to maintain strong client relationships
