Service Crew

About this role

Job responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system. - Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas. - Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism. - Assist in the opening and closing duties of the restaurant. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.

Job requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
