About this role

Job responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist in food preparation and plating as needed, adhering to company standards and hygiene protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

Job requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in F&B or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage but not mandatory.
