Contract Management

* Review, draft and validate a wide range of contracts * Support internal teams in contract negotiations and transactions * Ensure legal compliance of contractual engagements

Legal Advisory

* Advise internal stakeholders on:

* Insurance law * Corporate law * Contract law * Regulatory framework applicable to insurers * Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting the business * Provide clear, pragmatic legal opinions across various matters (commercial, governance, strategic topics) * Support litigation matters in collaboration with external counsel

Corporate Governance & Housekeeping

* Ensure compliance with corporate and governance regulations * Contribute to the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures * Support the corporate secretariat function * Interact directly with decision-making bodies (management, board, etc.)
