You will quickly develop hands-on expertise, with strong support from your mentor:

* Advise members on **individual employment law matters** (termination, compensation, inspections, disputes, wellbeing, etc.) * Work on **collective labour law topics** (collective agreements, social dialogue, elections, etc.) * Monitor legal developments and translate them into **practical advice** * Participate in meetings, working groups and legal discussions * Deliver trainings and information sessions (with guidance at the start)
