Jobomschrijving

* Provide legal advice and in-depth analyses on working time regulations (working schedules, overtime, part-time work, leave schemes) * Translate legislation into clear frameworks, policies and operational guidelines * Support HR stakeholders with pragmatic and business-oriented recommendations * Contribute to the drafting and updating of internal regulations * Monitor legal developments and anticipate their impact on the organisation * Participate in cross-functional projects involving HR and legal topics * Deliver trainings and knowledge-sharing sessions
