Jobomschrijving
* Support and enhance third-party risk management processes, including due diligence, KYC, and supply chain compliance * Review commercial and procurement contracts to ensure appropriate compliance clauses (ethics, anti-bribery, trade compliance) are applied * Provide pragmatic, risk-based advice to business stakeholders on compliance-related matters * Draft and review compliance documentation, including statements, certifications, and responses to client or partner requests * Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Audit teams to implement compliance initiatives
