Spencer is expanding its Customer Success team! We are looking for an enthusiastic

**Customer Support** to join us in our vibrant office in Antwerp Zuid. Working alongside our CS

Team, you will be the backbone of our operations. This is a unique graduate opportunity to learn

the ropes of Customer Success from the ground up, take ownership of vital administrative

workflows, and grow within a supportive, dynamic team.

**What You'll Be Doing**

As a Customer Support, you will be the driving force behind our team’s operational excellence

and a crucial champion for our customers. This role is designed to give you a 360-degree view

of how a SaaS company operates. You will build a rock-solid foundation in Customer Success

and Support by managing vital customer touchpoints, coordinating internal workflows, and

working towards direct ownership of your own client portfolio.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* **Driving Customer Care:** Take the lead on our support channel, turning incoming

customer questions into fast solutions and keeping our users happy and engaged.

* **Empowering the CS Team:** Partner closely with the Head of CS and CS

Manager on key client initiatives—from drafting high-impact client communications and

creating essential product documentation to onboarding new clients.

* **Internal Project Coordination:** Act as the ultimate team facilitator by managing

internal workflows, tracking cross-functional to-do's, and collaborating with colleagues

across Spencer to ensure we deliver on our promises.

**What You Bring to the Table**

We're looking for someone with the right mindset and a foundation of great skills.

* A recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., Business, Communications, Office Management, or similar).
* A proactive, self-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of initiative.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling repetitive tasks with
* efficiency and a positive attitude.
* A true passion for helping customers and a strong customer-centric mindset.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to understand customer needs, pain points, and business objectives.
* A collaborative and team-oriented spirit.
* Fluent in Dutch, with professional working proficiency in English and French.
* Fast learner when it comes to digital tools, software, and platforms.
