As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that drivers with broken-down vehicles or trucks get back on the road quickly and safely. You’ll work closely with your team lead and helpful colleagues, gaining exposure to people from diverse backgrounds and learning new skills all the time.

On a typical day, you’ll handle incoming phone calls and emails, respond to customer inquiries, and coordinate with various parties to ensure efficient solutions. You’ll gather information, verify data accuracy, and provide technical support by communicating with workshops. Keeping customers and all involved parties updated is crucial, as is monitoring agreements and following up on contract-related issues within set deadlines. Your work week runs Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to help out on Saturdays during busy periods, and you’ll rotate shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
