Support Engineer - Tasks & Responsibilities

* Provide**1st & 2nd line technical support**via phone and ticketing system.
* Configure and prepare**network devices**before customer deployment.
* Monitor the**network infrastructure**and proactively identify potential issues.
* Manage**hardware inventory**and ensure equipment readiness.
* Support**on-site installations**for customer deployments when required.
* Participate in an**on-call rotation**to help deliver high service availability.
