**Responsibilities**
* Resolve incidents, information requests, and service applications within the security, privacy, and identity management domains.
* Manage the technical and administrative aspects of onboarding and offboarding processes for various clients.
* Implement and monitor changes within the infrastructure and account management teams.
* Develop and maintain security and privacy policies, standards, procedures, and operational guidelines.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to provide technical support and ensure security compliance.
* Contribute actively to the transition from current ITSM tools to a new service management platform.

* **Duration:** 24 months (plus 12-month extension option)

* **Location:** Brussels
* **Working model:** Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week onsite)
* **Contract:** open to both permanent employees and freelancers
