This is a full-time, remote position based in Greece.
Job Description:
As a Czech-speaking Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates. You will be the first point of contact for our Czech-speaking clients and will assist them with any inquiries or issues they may have. You will also provide support to our recruitment team by assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner

• Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews and sending out job offers

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless recruitment process

• Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies

• Provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction and overall customer experience

• Meet and exceed performance targets and goals

Requirements:

• Fluent in Czech and English (both written and spoken)

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software

• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and tasks

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• EU ID or a valid residence card in Greece with full market access
