About this role

As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for buying, selling, and leasing secondary market properties across the UAE. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, generate leads, negotiate transactions, and provide expert market advice to ensure successful property deals.
Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.

• List, market, and sell residential and commercial properties in the secondary market.

• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

• Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable opportunities.

• Negotiate offers and facilitate successful property transactions.

• Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE real estate market is required.

• Proven track record in secondary market sales and leasing.

• Existing client database and strong market network are highly preferred.
