HR / In-House Recruiter - Real Estate Agency

About this role

We are a newly established real estate agency committed to building a high-performing team of real estate professionals. We are looking for an experienced HR / In-House Recruiter to lead our recruitment efforts, establish HR processes, and support the growth of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for real estate agents and corporate staff.

• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-performing real estate professionals.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage the selection process.

• Design and implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.

• Create and maintain recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation and processes.
Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience within a real estate agency is required.

• Proven experience recruiting real estate agents and sales professionals.

• Experience setting up recruitment and onboarding processes is highly preferred
