As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, Hagerty is looking for team members to take our member experience to the next level. Hagerty’s Member Service Center plays a vital role in our success as a company. Once you join our team, you're one of us, an Automotive Enthusiast Advisor. The perfect Automotive Enthusiast Advisor aspires to be a fantastic advocate for our members, delivers superior customer service and embraces our purpose and mission to Save Driving. What you'll do

Promote and sell Hagerty products and services to members and partners

Service existing policies, claims and membership needs in a professional and timely manner

Prepare accurate and complete documentation to support member activities and help navigate our website and self-service options

Assist car enthusiasts and partners through billing, service and sales needs, setup new claim losses and triage incoming calls effectively

Learn the fundamentals of hospitality at Hagerty to create and provide a world class experience for our members

Maintain compliance through timely processing, producing results by executing tasks and staying action oriented

Paying attention to call volume, monitoring various work queues & consistently staying available for calls as needed

Other things to note

The compensation for this position will be $19.00 per hour with full benefits

This role is open to GA, MI, TX, UT, ID residents ONLY. Requires a designated distraction free workplace.

Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM - 8:00 PM ET, Saturday 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM ET, Sunday 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM ET.

Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
