Responsibilities:
Provides customer support through different communication channels (phone, email, chat).
Resolve issues and accommodates customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
Collaborates with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues
Maintains accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.
Requirements
At least 6 months BPO Experience
Order taking or food industry experience is a PLUS
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Willing to work onsite in MAKATI
Amenable working weekends and night shift
