Account specific roles and responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end processing of medical record requests.
Allocate documents and assign them to the appropriate folders or workflows.
Handle inbound calls related to medical record inquiries and requests.
Process and send requested medical records accurately and within established turnaround times.
Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of medical record requests.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies regarding patient confidentiality and data security.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues related to medical record processing.
Perform quality checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of records before release.
Meet productivity, quality, and service level targets.

Requirements
At least 6 months BPO experience
Healthcare Account experience is a PLUS
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Strong attention to details
Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
Amenable working night shift
