• Develop and enhance sales productivity and other sales efficiency metrics
• Deliver analysis and reporting of the business’s financial results including variances to plan, ensuring key issues, risks, and business drivers are understood and highlighted
• Analyze key performance indicators, financial trends, and develop key insights and recommendations to GTM business leaders
• Build strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to drive operational efficiency
• Leverage AI tools to drive efficiencies, automation, and data analyses
• Provide analytical decision-making support for business partners
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed and present findings to senior management
• Focus on aligning GTM metrics with corporate strategy and appropriate market opportunities
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years of progressive finance experience working in high-growth technology, preferably with experience in SaaS, Cloud, Security, and/or AI
• Sales and/or Marketing finance experience required. Go-To-Market (GTM) finance business partner experience preferred
• Deep understanding of P&L components, unit economics, commercial functions, and common SaaS metrics
• Familiarity with GTM metrics, including pipeline (conversion, coverage ratios, etc.) and customer unit economics (LTV/CAC, contribution margin)
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to present to senior GTM leadership
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentations.
• Proven experience in cultivating collaborative working relationships with teams across an organization
• Advanced financial modeling and presentation abilities
• Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to be agile in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
