Your Responsibilities

Assist customers via phone, email, and chat

Help users with bookings, changes, cancellations, and account-related questions

Deliver outstanding customer service and problem-solving support

Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience

Work closely with an international team

What We're Looking For

Fluent Dutch

Strong communication and customer service skills

Positive and solution-oriented mindset

Comfortable using digital tools and online systems

Team player with attention to detail

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory!
