As a Customer Service Spain/Italy you will have following responsibilities:

* Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in Spanish, Italian and English
* Providing detailed information about products and services
* Processing orders and ensuring accurate data entry
* Resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs
* Monitoring and following up on delivery statuses
* Maintaining up-to-date customer records and documentation
* Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
