Account specific roles and responsibilities:
Process and follow up on insurance claims.
Review Provider EOBs and identify billing discrepancies.
Investigate and resolve denied claims.
Contact insurance companies regarding claim status, payments, and denials.
Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
Requirements
At least 6 months BPO experience handling a Healthcare Account
Knowledge of processing insurance claims, including reviewing Provider EOBs (Explanation of Benefits).
Familiar with insurance denials and the resolution process.
Experience calling insurance companies to verify claim status and resolve billing issues.
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
Amenable working night shift
