Job Summary You will lead daily restaurant operations at Bugis Junction, driving maintenance, inventory management, and team performance to deliver exceptional dining experiences that align with company standards. Responsibilities Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning and high-quality customer service Oversee maintenance and timely ordering of food and supplies to maintain inventory levels and operational efficiency Hire and train junior staff to meet company expectations and enhance team capabilities Deliver excellent service to both external customers and internal team members, fostering a positive dining environment Lead and motivate staff through effective people management to maintain a productive and engaged workforce Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and teamwork to support operational goals Apply hands-on skills to perform basic operational tasks and support daily restaurant activities Maintain physical fitness and stamina to work effectively in a standing environment Other Information Work schedule: 5 to 5.5 working days per week with a minimum of 6 off days per month Location: Bugis Junction
