UI/UX Designer

Overview

This position offers you the opportunity to collaborate with Singapore’s public agencies as part of their digital transformation, shaping intuitive and impactful user experiences. If you have a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, and are eager to contribute to the success of products through design, this role might be the perfect fit for your career.

What will you be doing?

You will be working within an agency as part of its design and product team, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Frontend Developers, and QA Testers. Together, you will design and deliver user-centric digital solutions that align with Singapore’s vision of a Smart Nation—ensuring clarity, usability, and visual excellence across platforms.

Experience & Skills Required

Experience: 4–7 years

Key Responsibilities:


Lead end-to-end visual design efforts from concept to final delivery.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, developers, and QA teams.


Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to guide informed design decisions.


Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.


Ensure design consistency across products using pattern libraries and design systems.


Champion user-centered design principles and promote iterative design processes.
