Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Website Designer to design, enhance, and maintain EPOS’s digital presence. You will be responsible for creating visually engaging, user-friendly, and conversion-focused website experiences that align with our brand and business goals. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with marketing, product, and development teams in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain EPOS website pages, landing pages, and digital assets in line with brand guidelines
Create user-centric, responsive web designs optimized for desktop and mobile experiences
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate business requirements into effective website designs
Optimize website layouts and user journeys to improve engagement and conversion rates
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Conduct basic UX research and apply best practices to enhance usability and accessibility
Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints and maintain design systems where applicable
Stay updated on web design trends, tools, and technologies
Requirements
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, UI/UX, or a related field
Proven experience in website design with a strong portfolio showcasing live projects
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Understanding of responsive design, web usability, and UX principles
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development processes is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Good communication and collaboration skills
