Role

* Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of approximately 10 professionals, including application analysts, developers, project managers, as well as a Salesforce Technical Architect and Release Manager. * Foster a collaborative, motivated, and high-performing team culture while supporting the professional growth of each team member through effective coaching and development. * Prioritize team activities and ensure the right balance between workload, resources, and business priorities. * Own and manage the portfolio of customer-related IT projects, translating the company's Customer Strategy into a clear and actionable project roadmap. * Work closely with business stakeholders and enterprise architects to define and communicate the future vision of the customer application domain. * Ensure successful project delivery within agreed scope, budget, quality, and timelines. * Oversee the maintenance, enhancement, and support of the applications within your domain, ensuring high availability and an excellent user experience. * Organize and optimize the handling of incidents, change requests, and service requests in line with departmental processes and agreed service levels (SLAs). * Proactively monitor the health and performance of business-critical applications. * Provide functional leadership to the Salesforce Technical Architect and Release Manager, ensuring governance, consistency, knowledge sharing, and the adoption of best practices across all Salesforce teams. * Manage the budgets and supplier contracts required to deliver your team's objectives. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives and stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
