Supply Chain Coordinator /Up to $4,500 /Mon-Fri;8.30am-5.30pm @Alexandra Rd

Coordinate & negotiate with internal/external parties i.e customers, supplier & freight forwarders .

Daily shipment arrangement including PO generating and issuing, SAP input, sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc.

Perform supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management)

Perform Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost).

Diploma/Degree with experience in Import/Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc)

Experience in liaising with Customers/ Suppliers/ Forwarders for overseas shipments.

Experience in high volume of Purchase Orders environment, and commit overtime & overseas travel.
