Supply Chain Project Executive (East)

About this role

• Supported the implementation of the Transport Management System (TMS) by coordinating between logistics stakeholders and the IT team.

• Gathered, organized, and analysed requirements and data from global logistics teams for system development and improvements.

• Conducted User Acceptance Testing (UAT), provided system training, and supported stakeholders on TMS functionality.

• Managed complex datasets, developed data templates, and prepared reports to support analysis and decision-making.

• Led project meetings, facilitated discussions, aligned stakeholders on action items and timelines, and ensured project targets were achieved.

Requirement:

• Experience in logistics, especially air freight, shipment planning, consolidation, and Incoterms.

• Good communication and analytical skills, with the ability to handle detailed information.

• Independent, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with global teams. TMS, SAP, and AI experience is an advantage.

• Located in Changi (Near Expo) MRT.
