Sr Manager, Strategic Partnerships - US Remote

The Manager, New Business GTM will help turn promising new Integrated Services concepts into scalable businesses.
Reporting to the Director of New Business & Commercial Strategy, this role will own critical work across early stages of business building, translating validated concepts into scalable customer experiences, productization, and go-to-market plans.
The role will operate at the intersection of strategy, product, GTM, and execution, partnering across Product, Brokerage, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and external partners to move new offerings from early validation through scaled adoption and eventual transition into Services Growth.
Responsibilities

• Scale existing partner offerings from proven concept to full market potential refining go-to-market, adoption, and productization approach to unlock growth and market fit

• Lead enablement and launch initiatives that drive engagement at scale; translate complex offerings into compelling experiences for intended audience (agents, brokers, sellers, etc.)

• Orchestrate cross-functional teams through optimization and scaling efforts; identify creative solutions to adoption barriers and operational friction

• Develop and execute GTM plans across brokerage, marketing, sales enablement, operations, product, and partner teams

• Support transition of new offerings as they “graduate” into broader services growth org

Ideal Profile

• 4–6+ years of experience in strategy, product, consulting, or a related field

• Strong track record of driving adoption or scaling products, programs, or partner offerings

• Creative, structured problem solver who can move fluidly between strategy and execution

• Strong cross-functional leadership communication skills

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building playbooks
