Berry Law is seeking a Social Media Manager to execute our social presence with discipline, authenticity, and cultural fluency—especially within Veteran and military-connected communities.
This role is responsible for planning, publishing, and managing social content that builds trust, reinforces our veteran-led mission, and supports meaningful case generation. The ideal candidate understands that representing Veterans publicly carries responsibility and requires accuracy, respect, and sound judgment.
WhatYou’llDo
• Manage day-to-day execution across major social platforms
• Publish content that authentically reflects Veteran experiences and Berry Law’s mission
• Collaborate with video, content, and PR teams on campaigns and events
• Engage professionally and empathetically with our community
• Enforce brand voice, compliance standards, and cultural accuracy
• Track performance and refine content based on what builds trust and action
WhatWe’reLooking For
• 3–5+ years of social media management experience
• Strong writing, editorial judgment, and attention to detail
• Experience working with trust-based or mission-driven audiences
• Familiarity with Veteran or military communities preferred
• Experience in regulated industries a plus
