Project overview

For this role, you will lead complex multidisciplinary CAPEX projects within the process industry. You are accountable for scope, budget, timing, quality and safety across both greenfield developments and major modifications to existing industrial facilities.

Primary tasks & responsibilities

* Direct industrial engineering projects from concept and feasibility through engineering, execution, commissioning and final handover to operations.
* Define and manage project scope, deliverables, budget, business case, investment approval and baseline planning in **MS Project**.
* Coordinate all project phases, including pre-study, concept selection, basic and detailed engineering, procurement, contractor selection, construction, site execution, commissioning and operational transfer.
* Act as the key point of accountability for internal stakeholders and management.
* Lead multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, automation, piping, civil and EHS disciplines, working closely with both internal and external parties.
* Manage scope changes, risks, claims and deviations that affect budget, schedule or delivery.
* Report in a structured way on project progress, issues and decisions to steering committees and senior stakeholders.
