Project overview

As Project Manager, you oversee complex multidisciplinary CAPEX projects in the process industry. You carry full responsibility for scope, budget, planning, quality and safety, covering both greenfield installations and substantial modifications to existing industrial assets.

Primary tasks & responsibilities

* Manage industrial engineering projects from initial concept and feasibility through to commissioning and final transfer to operations.
* Set and control project scope, deliverables, budget, business case, investment approval and baseline planning in MS Project.
* Coordinate every project stage: pre-study and concept selection, basic and detailed engineering, procurement and contractor selection, construction and on-site execution, commissioning, and operational handover.
* Serve as the main point of accountability for internal stakeholders and management.
* Lead multidisciplinary teams spanning mechanical, electrical, automation, piping, civil and EHS domains, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
* Handle scope changes, risks, claims and deviations that influence budget or timing.
* Provide structured reporting on progress, issues and decisions to steering committees and senior stakeholders.
