This role is ideal for an early- to mid-career product professional with a strong foundation in supply chain operations and planning systems—particularly <strong>IBP, S&OP, and APS tools</strong>—and experience developing and deploying <strong>Agentic AI and machine learning applications at scale</strong>.</p> <p>You will work closely with customers and internal teams to help build intelligent, proactive AI driven supply chain products that solve complex real-world challenges such as demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supply network risk, and supplier delay prediction.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive the development of next-generation agentic capabilities for enterprise AI supply chain applications</li> <li>Maintain clear and actionable product requirements, functional specs, and user stories for engineering</li> <li>Translate business needs into scalable ML-driven product features, especially around predictive and prescriptive decision-making</li> <li>Support product rollouts, customer implementations, and trials across a global customer base</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Data Science, and Customer Success to prioritize roadmap items and drive successful outcomes</li> <li>Stay ahead of the curve on AI/ML trends, particularly in autonomous agents, LLMs, and decision intelligence in supply chain contexts</li> <li>Build technical credibility with customers and contribute to strategic discussions about enterprise AI adoption</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field required; advanced degree (MBA/MS) preferred <strong>5–8 years of total experience</strong>, including:</li> <ul> <li>2+ years in product management, technical product ownership, or management consulting with product-facing responsibilities</li> <li>Direct involvement with supply chain planning systems such as IBP, S&OP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, or SAP APO preferred</li> </ul> <li>Experience deploying AI/ML products or agent-based systems at scale in enterprise environments</li> <li>Familiarity with core supply chain processes: demand planning, inventory optimization, sourcing, logistics, and production planning</li> <li>Ability to define MVPs and iterate quickly, balancing technical feasibility with business impact</li> <li>Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and business stakeholders</li> <li>Fast learner, self-starter, and intellectually curious—especially around AI, cloud platforms, and supply chain innovation</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship</u>.</strong></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>C3 AI provides excellent benefits, a competitive compensation package and generous equity plan. </p></div><div class="title">California Base Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$165,000</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$228,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>C3 AI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
