As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, execution, and delivery, with a particular focus on the technical aspects of building and scaling AI solutions. This is a highly impactful role where you will work closely with engineering, data science, and customer-facing teams to bring innovative AI-driven products to market.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.</li> <li>Work closely with engineering and data science teams to define detailed product requirements and technical specifications for Generative AI solutions.</li> <li>Translate customer and market needs into clear, actionable roadmaps and product features, balancing short-term priorities with long-term strategic vision.</li> <li>Drive product development in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality AI features and applications.</li> <li>Conduct deep technical analysis of the AI/ML technologies that underpin the platform, influencing design decisions and product architecture.</li> <li>Own the product’s go-to-market strategy, working with marketing and sales to ensure successful product launches and adoption.</li> <li>Collaborate with customer-facing teams to gather feedback and refine the product roadmap based on user needs, technical challenges, and market trends.</li> <li>Manage stakeholder communications, including regular updates on progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.</li> <li>Monitor key product metrics and ensure alignment with performance goals, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.</li> <li>5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, AI, or a related field, with a focus on technically complex products.</li> <li>Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, including experience with Generative AI, data pipelines, and model operationalization.</li> <li>Proven experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver technically sound and scalable AI solutions.</li> <li>Demonstrable ability to break down complex technical problems into user-friendly features and product experiences.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and influence senior stakeholders.</li> <li>Experience managing full product lifecycles, from research and ideation to launch and iteration.</li> <li>Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and manage timelines effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship</u>.</strong></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>C3 AI provides excellent benefits, a competitive compensation package and generous equity plan. </p></div><div class="title">California Base Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$165,000</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$228,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>C3 AI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
