Our designers partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to solve complex problems across marketplace, commerce, subscription, and platform experiences.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> <strong>How you’ll make an impact</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing thoughtful, scalable, and high-quality product experiences for our web applications. You will create design assets, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications that help teams deliver world-class products for our customers and partners.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">This is a design-led role. We are looking for someone with strong product design craft, user experience judgment, interaction design depth, and the ability to turn complex workflows into simple, usable experiences. Technical fluency is valuable, but the primary focus is on product design excellence.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> <strong>What you'll do and how you'll have an impact</strong></p> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li>Own the overall user experience and information architecture for areas of our marketplace platform</li> <li>Work with cross-functional product teams to shape and implement the product vision, focusing on simplicity, usability, and customer value</li> <li>Design end-to-end product experiences, from early discovery and workflows through polished UI and implementation guidance</li> <li>Develop, maintain, and contribute to scalable design frameworks, patterns, and guidelines that support clean, consistent, and simple user interfaces</li> <li>Gain a deep understanding of users by gathering feedback, reviewing usage data, evaluating user analytics, and identifying opportunities for improvement</li> <li>Use prototyping, design systems, and modern design tools to communicate product direction clearly</li> <li>Explore the use of AI tools and workflows to accelerate design exploration, support concept generation, improve prototyping, and increase the speed and quality of design iteration</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>What you’ll need</strong></p> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li>5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or Interaction Designer, designing software products and interfaces for real users</li> <li>A strong portfolio of completed product design work that demonstrates product thinking, interaction design, visual design craft, problem-solving, and clear design rationale</li> <li>Experience designing for enterprise software, SaaS, cloud applications, or platforms used by small, medium, and large organizations</li> <li>Ability to think in terms of end-to-end user journeys, UI design, global patterns, and scalable product systems</li> <li>Strong understanding of user-centered design, including user needs, task flows, information architecture, usability, and interaction patterns</li> <li>Ability to connect strategic thinking and business goals to practical design decisions</li> <li>Strong visual design and interaction design skills, with attention to clarity, hierarchy, accessibility, and usability</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work closely and effectively with Product Management and Engineering teammates</li> <li>A collaborative leadership mindset, with the ability to influence product direction and contribute to broader product strategy</li> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Assets</strong></p> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li>Experience using AI tools in a product design workflow, such as concept exploration, research synthesis, prototyping, content generation, usability analysis,…
