Senior/ Payroll Associate

About Our Client:
Our client is a leader in audit, tax and advisory services worldwide, operating across 100+ countries and territories.

Their payroll outsourcing team provides services to local and cross border clients as well as coordinates large assignments on a regional or global level. As a core function in supporting employee compensation in any organisations, they are looking for Senior payroll associate to join their team.
What you can expect

Manage full-cycle payroll, from initial account setup to data extraction, reconciliation, and reporting.

Lead statutory year-end tax filings and oversee MPF administration (enrolment, contributions, and terminations) with high accuracy.

Leverage data to assist clients in their statutory obligation of year-end tax filing and reporting

Act as a consultant for clients on labor laws, tax regulations, and pension schemes.

Build strong rapport with clients by learning their industry landscape and maintaining proactive communication.

Handle ad ad-hoc projects and support managers in delivery

Who we are looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or relevant disciplines with professional qualifications. Other disciplines are also welcome.

Good command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in a foreign language would be a plus

Detail-minded and numerical sensitive person

Well versed in MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and online collaboration tools

Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills

Excellent team player with positive attitude
