To learn more, visit <a href="https://nam10.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.corcept.com%2F&amp;data=05%7C02%7Cgcastrence%40corcept.com%7C8262d50a280e4da5b72208de91a94917%7Cf75457eed65640339f048a7aedb19388%7C0%7C0%7C639108353411832645%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJFbXB0eU1hcGkiOnRydWUsIlYiOiIwLjAuMDAwMCIsIlAiOiJXaW4zMiIsIkFOIjoiTWFpbCIsIldUIjoyfQ%3D%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=Yc8odS9%2FPf%2B7kSorJ4ftwNYbnrVi9jKto%2BkzxHyv3ZA%3D&amp;reserved=0">www.corcept.com</a>.</p></div><p>The Global Event Leadership team is seeking a highly collaborative professional to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of congress-related activities, exhibits, and B2B/B2C engagements.</p> <p>Global Event Leadership (GEL) serves as a strategic partner in delivering capabilities that accelerate value to patients, while the Sr. Manager, Congress Planning&nbsp; (SMCP) provides centralized, compliant, end-to-end support for meetings and congresses across Corcept.</p> <p>Within this structure, the SMCP is responsible for delivering high-quality congress exhibits and sponsorships that ensure seamless execution, strong alignment with business strategy, and a consistent customer experience.</p> <p>This role partners closely with business units, therapeutic area teams, and external vendors to drive, operational excellence, compliance, and efficiency across all congress activities.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>Business Partnership</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary congress liaison for assigned Business Units/therapeutic areas</li> <li>Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and vendor partners</li> <li>Attend key strategy meetings to ensure congress activities align with overall BU/brand strategy</li> <li>Partner with business teams to develop the annual congress plan, including:</li> <li>Congress selection</li> <li>Budget planning and forecasting</li> <li>Provide recommendations on congress participation based on business needs, brand lifecycle, attendee engagement, and market dynamics</li> <li>Help identify the optimal mix of congress activities to meet objectives while improving efficiency and reducing spend</li> </ul> <p>Planning &amp; Execution</p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end planning and execution of congress exhibits, sponsorships, and related engagement activities</li> <li>Coordinate cross-functional teams (brand, medical, advocacy, compliance, legal, regulatory, finance, procurement, and vendors) to ensure successful delivery</li> <li>Define strategy, content, and ancillary tactics, including: <ul> <li>Product theaters</li> <li>Symposia</li> <li>Speaker programs</li> <li>HCP dinner engagements</li> </ul> </li> <li>Schedule and lead kick-off, status, and wrap-up meetings with stakeholders</li> <li>Create resource guides to support internal participation during pre-planning and onsite execution</li> <li>Ensure consistent brand messaging, customer experience, and flawless delivery across all congress activities</li> </ul> <p>Budget &amp; Vendor Management</p> <ul> <li>Own and manage congress budgets, forecasts, and booth strategies to ensure alignment with business priorities and financial targets</li> <li>Act as the primary Corcept contact for congress associations and vendor partners</li> <li>Drive timelines, deliverables, and exhibit readiness across the annual congress calendar</li> <li>Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiencies, and process improvements while communicating budget considerations to stakeholders</li> <li>Travel onsite, as required, to support congress execution</li> <li>Provide training and guidance to booth staff, including compliance requirements</li> <li>Lead onsite booth walk-throughs with compliance, legal, and regulatory partners</li> </ul> <p>Compliance &amp; Governance</p> <ul> <li>Ensure all congress activities comply with global policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements</li> <li>Maintain audit readiness and support compliance-related requests</li> <li>Manage required documentation, including approvals, booth designs, and required system uploads</li> </ul> <p>Operations &amp; Process Improvement</p> <ul> <li>Support congress planning using enterprise systems and tools (e.g., Cvent, SAP, MS Office)</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and ways of working</li> <li>Promote consistency across brands and reduce duplication of effort</li> <li>Lead through influence in a cross-functional environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Technical…
