As part of the IT organization, you will play a key role in analyzing, optimizing, and transforming business processes across Supply Chain and Finance domains. Acting as a strategic business partner, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into sustainable IT solutions.

* Analyze end-to-end business processes, particularly within Supply Chain and Finance, and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains. * Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, define requirements, and design improved processes. * Translate business needs into pragmatic, scalable, and sustainable SAP-based solutions. * Challenge business requirements by proposing alternatives aligned with industry best practices and standard solutions. * Lead or contribute to functional design activities, testing phases, implementation projects, and change initiatives. * Coordinate collaboration between business teams, IT teams, SAP experts, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery. * Ensure consistency and integration across SAP modules and business processes. * Support issue resolution by providing functional expertise and a strong understanding of business impacts. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the evolution of the application landscape. * Participate in roadmap definition and transformation programs, from analysis through implementation. * Take ownership of projects or workstreams, ensuring effective planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery.
