**The project**

Our client in the Insurance sector, is seeking an experienced Functional / Business Analyst.

**Main responsibilities**

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, clarify and challenge their needs
* Translate business needs into complete, precise and structured functional requirements for IT implementation teams
* Analyse business processes, user needs, application behaviour and system dependencies
* Produce functional analyses, requirements, process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria
* Understand the existing application landscape and how front-end and back-end components interact
* Identify interfaces, dependencies, data flows and potential impacts across connected applications
* Ensure that functional requirements are aligned with the existing solution architecture
* Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, analysts and development teams
* Prepare test scenarios and test cases to validate delivered solutions
* Support test execution, defect clarification and functional validation when required
* Ensure traceability between business requirements, functional specifications and delivered functionality
* Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous team improvement
* Communicate progress, decisions, risks and functional issues clearly to all relevant stakeholders
