**Responsibilities**

* Analyze business processes to identify optimization opportunities and translate them into digital solutions.
* Act as a Proxy Product Owner by translating business needs into a clear product backlog and ready-to-develop user stories.
* Design and document functional and non-functional requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
* Transform proof-of-concepts into scalable, production-ready solutions using AI and IoT data.
* Facilitate co-creation workshops to identify user requirements, indicators, and strategic drivers.
* Support the development, testing, and implementation of new applications and smart monitoring systems.
