You will join an international finance environment with operations across several European countries. Based in the **Brussels region**, the accounting team supports multiple entities and works closely with controlling, business finance, and external advisors. English serves as the primary working language.

This **Senior Accountant** position goes beyond traditional accounting. You will take on a central role in the month-end closing process, bring structure to complex accounting operations, and have the opportunity to drive digitalization, automation, and process improvement initiatives.

* You independently manage the **month-end closing process**, maintain oversight of the end-to-end accounting cycle, and contribute to the development of an efficient finance organization.
* You lead **process improvement initiatives** across accounting, reporting, and audit activities, while actively supporting digitalization, automation, and optimization projects.
* You act as a **key business partner** for colleagues and external stakeholders, analyze financial risks, and support complex matters related to taxation, reporting, and international operations.
