You will be conducting translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design and  interacting with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations.</p> <p><strong>The Work:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conducting the preparation of programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations</li> <li>Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members </li> </ul> <p><strong>Here's What You Need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning</li> <li>7 + years SAP ECC development experience</li> <li>Extensive experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation</li> <li>Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple teams in a fast paced environment</li> <li>Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.</li> <li>Ability to align and implement technical solutions using SAP and Icertis efficiently and in accordance with vendor best practices to minimize customization, enable vendor software upgrades, and maximize maintainability</li> <li>Experience in mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation within SAP project teams</li> <li>Familiarity with SAP tools and technologies, as well as a commitment to staying updated on industry trends</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points If:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Advanced Degree</li> <li>15+ years of industry experience</li> <li>Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas</li> <li>Curiosity for learning about new technology, industry best practices, and areas of risk, analyzing and turning new insights into concrete action</li> <li>Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</li> <li>Excellent people management and relationship development skills</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of Accenture delivery methodologies and practices</li> </ul> <p><strong>The Extras:</strong></p> <ul> <li>U.S. Citizenship required</li> <li>The ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
