This role is responsible for the full life cycle from requirement gatherings, design, development, test, deployment to support.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Meet with the business users to qualify requirements</li> <li>Lead routine aspects of the position and report to project leadership</li> <li>Develop solutions related to SAP Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse including SAP business warehouse back-end components and structures including InfoObjects , ODSs, and InfoCubes to meet business requirements</li> <li>Design, develop, and optimize current reports based on user requirements</li> <li>Responsible for budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning</li> <li>Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members</li> <li>Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP BW on HANA, making key decisions and providing strategic direction across multiple teams</li> <li>Create and develop robust SAP BW on HANA data models, data stores, calculation views, and table functions, to meet business requirements</li> <li>Work closely with various IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP BW on HANA with other IT components</li> <li>Provide expert technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality outcomes</li> <li>Conduct thorough system testing and troubleshooting to enhance performance and reliability</li> <li>Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and ongoing support</li> <li>Design and implement scalable solutions for large data volumes (terabytes of data) and complex reporting needs</li> <li>Utilize advanced SQL skills for data analysis and problem-solving.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here’s what you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience with SAP BW on HANA Data Model</li> <li>5+ years SAP BW/4HANA Back-End development experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a related field</li> </ul> <p><strong>Eligibility Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)</li> <li>Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust government clearance</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">.
