Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Conducting translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design</li> <li>Interacting with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations</li> <li>Conducting the preparation of programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations</li> <li>Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning</li> <li>Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here’s What You Need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of SAP ABAP and/or Fiori/UI5 and/or BTP development experience</li> <li>Extensive experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation.</li> <li>Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.</li> <li>Experience in mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.            </li> </ul> <p><strong>Eligibility Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>US Citizens only (no dual citizenship or OCI Holders)</li> <li>Q Clearance and/or Top Secret clearance required</li> <li>Ability to travel up to 75%</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>SAP certification in relevant modules or development areas</li> <li>Experience in leveraging emerging SAP technologies, such as S/4HANA, Fiori Elements, or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), to deliver innovative solutions.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
