As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a national portfolio of clients within the industrial sector. This is a hybrid role combining **farming (account management)** and **hunting (new business development)**.

Your key responsibilities include:

* Managing and developing relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
* Identifying new business opportunities and actively prospecting new customers across Belgium
* Understanding client needs and proposing tailored technical/commercial solutions
* Negotiating contracts and closing deals
* Collaborating closely with internal teams (technical, operations, customer service)
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
* Reporting on sales performance and pipeline development
