SALES CLOUD CONSULTANT - SALESFORCE

About this role

This is a remote position.
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant to design, configure, and implement Sales Cloud solutions that improve sales productivity, pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Cloud implementation projects from discovery to deployment

• Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions

• Configure Sales Cloud features including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, and Forecasting

• Design sales process automation and approval workflows

• Develop dashboards, reports, and sales performance analytics

• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and customizations

• Conduct user training and stakeholder workshops

Requirements

• 5–8+ years Salesforce experience

• 3+ years implementing Sales Cloud solutions

• Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification preferred

• Experience with CRM transformation projects

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication
