**Headit is looking for an English- and French-speaking Sales Support Administrator for the Middle East & Africa regions.**

**Where will you be working?**

**Your responsibilities as a Sales Support Administrator:**

* Act as the first point of contact for customers in your regions
* Inform customers about import regulations and legislation, including shipping terms, transportation methods, payment terms, customs-related documentation, etc.
* Coordinate the entire order-to-cash process
* Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure that all orders are processed correctly
* Organize export shipments: book and coordinate shipments, manage transport and customs documentation, invoicing and delivery follow-up
* Monitor order parameters and inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability
* Optimize shipments by configuring optimal loading plans
