Sales Administrator (German Speaking)

For an international company active in the telecom sector and based in Zaventem, we are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support the end-to-end post-quotation sales process.

In this fully back-office role, you ensure that sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently from validated quotation through to invoicing. You act as a key coordination point between Sales, Operations, and Finance, making sure all data in the ERP system is correct and up to date.

Your tasks as Sales Administrator:

* Process and manage sales orders accurately in the ERP system (Odoo) * Handle requests from customers and Sales Managers regarding order changes * Verify pricing, contracts, and commercial data for accuracy * Prepare order confirmations, contracts, and other administrative documents * Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth order processing * Follow up on orders from confirmation through to invoicing * Resolve invoicing issues in coordination with the Finance team * Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in CRM/ERP systems * Identify and correct discrepancies in orders, pricing, or documentation * Support continuous improvement of sales administration processes
