The Internal Sales Representative plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and handle price requests via email, phone, and other channels * Request quotations from suppliers and negotiate pricing and conditions with the Sales Director * Prepare and send customer quotations * Enter offers and orders into the ERP system (knowledge of Navision or Business Central is a strong asset) * Follow up on ongoing quotations in collaboration with the sales team * Monitor and manage ongoing orders (delivery timelines, framework agreements) * Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions * Send payment reminders when required * Collaborate closely with the administrative team * Support the preparation of trade shows and exhibitions * Assist in preparing orders and coordinating shipments * Ensure electronic registration of warehouse entries and exits * Participate in inventory counts when needed * Provide occasional support in the warehouse (receiving and shipping goods)
