Requirements:
Active Pharmacist license (AZ)
Previous retail pharmacy leadership or supervisory experience required
Strong operational and team management skills
Experience overseeing workflow, compliance, and regulatory standards
Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
