An acute care facility in Peridot, AZ is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Retail Supervisor for a 13-week contract starting February 16, 2026. This role oversees daily retail pharmacy operations while supporting high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. Local candidates are preferred, with potential for temp-to-perm conversion.

Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 2/16/26 Pay: $79 - $84, depending on experience

Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations of the retail pharmacy within an acute care facility Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and safety standards Support staff scheduling, workflow, and operational efficiency Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to maintain excellent service

Requirements: Active pharmacist license with no disciplinary history Minimum 3 years of experience Hospital pharmacy experience required Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
